Abstract

This study, entitled The Relationship between Compensation and Organizational Climate with Employee Work Motivation at the Tangerang City Regional Revenue Agency, aims to determine the relationship between compensation and organizational climate data on work motivation. Data were obtained using a questionnaire and responded to by employees of the Tangerang City Regional Revenue Agency using a sampling method of 78 respondents, the data were analyzed using a quantitative descriptive approach. This study uses the theory of work motivation, compensation and organizational climate. These theories and concepts are used to help analyze research and determine the relationship between the effect of compensation and organizational climate data on work motivation at the Tangerang City Regional Revenue Agency. The results obtained in this research are that the relationship between compensation data has a significant effect on the work motivation of Tangerang City Regional Revenue Agency employees, as well as organizational climate has a significant influence on work motivation at the Tangerang City Regional Revenue Agency.
