Abstract

The approach taken in the study of the Relationship between Work Motivation and Work Discipline with Employee Work Productivity at the Ciledug District Office, Tangerang City uses a quantitative approach with a problem formulation that states the relationship between two or more variables. This study uses a population sample is employees at the Ciledug District Office, Tangerang City, as many as 53 respondents. In this study, there are positive significant results between work motivation and work productivity, there is also a positive relationship between work discipline and work productivity, and there is a positive relationship between work motivation and work discipline at the Ciledug District Office, Tangerang City.
