THE INFLUENCE OF COMPENSATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE TOWARD EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. ALTRAK 1978 LAMPUNG BRANCH

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and organizational culture on employee’s performance at PT. Altrak 1978 Lampung Branch. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods, techniques for collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 58 respondents. There are three variables in this study, namely 2 (two) independent variables (X1: Compensation, and X2: Organizational Culture) and 1 dependent variable (Y: Employee Performance). From the results of data processing obtained a hypothesis, namely: there is the effect of compensation (X1) on employee performance (Y), amounting to 17%. There is an influence of organizational culture (X2) on employee performance (Y) with an influence level of 28.4%. There is the effect of compensation (X1) and organizational culture (X2) together on employees (Y) by 33%.
