This is the early publication for the first edition of Primacy Journal of English Education and Literacy. There are 5 articles that have been published in this issue. Four of the articles come from 2 different universities outside UNIS, they are: Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara and Universitas Harapan Medan. The articles brought up the matters of the latest variety methods and strategies in teaching English Language Skills which integrated in ICT and other application. Along with these studies, hopefully contribution to EFL Teaching and Learning could be given to.
In this second issue, Primacy Journal of English Education and Literacy brought the new theme “English as the Improvement for the Better Quality of Education and Literature†This theme was written in 6 articles from various Universities in Indonesia, including: Universitas Indraprasta PGRI (UNINDRA), Politeknik AAP Jakarta, STEBI Global Mulia Cikarang, Bina Sarana Informatika (BSI) Jakarta, and Universitas Siliwangi. The authors have collaborated to be able to improve the quality of English Education and Literature. Hopefully this article can contribute to enhancing the development of Science and Technology.

The authors have collaborated to be able to develop today's generations through the use of English language and ICT. Hopefully this article can contribute to enhancing the development of Science and Technology.

The authors have collaborated to be able to increase students' language skills through the implementation of various teaching and learning models. Hopefully this article can contribute to enhancing the development of Science and Technology.
