PENGARUH LEADERSHIP, KOMPENSASI DAN TEAMWORK TERHADAP EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership, compensation and teamwork on employee engagement and job satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative method research. The sampling technique used saturated samples obtained from 54 respondents. Data collection methods are observation, interviews and questionnaires. For data analysis, multiple linear regression was used. Based on the data processing analysis that has been tested in this research, it is declared valid and reliable. The test results stated that leadership had no effect on employee engagement, compensation had an effect on employee engagement and teamwork had an effect on employee engagement. Meanwhile, leadership influences job satisfaction, compensation influences job satisfaction and teamwork influences job satisfaction.
