PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, PENGAWASAN , DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA KARYAWAN

This research aims to examine and analyze compensation, supervision and communication on employee work discipline with motivation as moderation. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. with a sample of 60 people. The data analysis used is the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The results of the research show that there is an insignificant influence between the compensation variable on work discipline, there is a significant influence between the supervision variable on work discipline, there is an insignificant influence between the communication variable on work discipline, there is a significant influence of motivation on work discipline.
