PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN FOOD & BEVERAGE DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM YANG TERCATAT DI BEI PERIODE 2012-2021

Abstract

This research was conducted analytics about the influence of the performance of food and beverage companies on stock prices. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling using the purposive sampling method. The statistical analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation, and hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. The population used in this study was forty-three companies, and the research sample used was eight food and beverage companies for ten years (2012–2021), with data sources obtained through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of the research that has been done show that partially total assets have an effect on book value. The debt-to-equity ratio, current ratio, and return on equity have no effect on price-book value. Return on equity can moderate the current ratio to price-book value. Retun on equity is not able to moderate the debt-equity ratio and total assets to price-book value.
