The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence employee productivity. The type of research used is quantitative method research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique so that 100 respondents were obtained. Data collection methods are observation, interviews and questionnaires. For data analysis, multiple linear regression was used. The test results stated that leadership had a negative and significant effect on employee productivity. Motivation had no effect on employee productivity. Organizational effectiveness has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. A good leader makes employees enthusiastic about carrying out their work. If management is effective in managing the organization, employee productivity will increase. Apart from that, a leader's ability to plan, organize, lead and control also greatly influences employee productivity.
