ANALISA KOMPENSASI KARYAWAN PADA PT. TIDARA SABAS BANDUNG

This research aims to analyze employee compensation at PT. Tidara Sabas Bandung, Using Veithzal Rivai's compensation theory, this research examines both financial and non-financial compensation using a qualitative approach and descriptive data collection techniques such as interviews and documentation. Informants were selected through purposive sampling, and data analysis followed the interactive model by Miles and Huberman, with data validity guaranteed through source triangulation.
Research findings show that financial compensation, including base salary, incentives, and benefits, is provided fairly and appropriately to employees. However, there is a need for improvement in indirect financial compensation such as overtime and leave. Non-financial compensation, such as promotional opportunities and a conducive work environment, is considered positive but is recommended to be maintained and increased.
