Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of partnership strategy through operational collaboration at PT. Pos Indonesia Sukabumi Branch. The focus of this research is to examine how the strategy contributes to service optimization and enhances organizational competitiveness amid the evolving dynamics of the logistics industry. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with management and operational partners, direct observation of partnership activities, and analysis of supporting documents. The findings indicate that the operational partnership model significantly improves service coverage, operational efficiency, and customer engagement. Moreover, this partnership scheme plays a role in empowering local entrepreneurs and supporting the development of Micro, Small Medium Enterprise (MSMEs). However, several challenges remain, such as the absence of standardized performance evaluation, lack of training for partners, and misaligned perceptions in the execution of operational tasks. Nevertheless, to enhance its sustainability and scalability, more structured partnership management, continuous partner capacity development, and strengthened communication among involved parties are required.
