ANALISIS MONITORING DAN EVALUASI KINERJA TENAGA PENDAMPING PROFESIONAL PADA PROGRAM PEMBANGUNAN DAN PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DESA DI KABUPATEN BOGOR

Abstract

Village Community Assistance refers to community empowerment activities through assistance, organization, direction, and village guidance. Village Assistance is an effort to increase the capacity, effectiveness, and accountability of village governance, village development, village community empowerment, the establishment and development of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) and/or Joint Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa Bersama), enhancing the synergy of village programs and activities, and promoting village cooperation to support Village SDGs.Village and village community assistance activities carried out by the central government are implemented by the ministry in charge of development and community empowerment affairs, namely the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration), utilizing professional assisting personnel resources through the Village Development and Community Empowerment Program (P3MD). The research method used is a qualitative phenomenology grounded theory approach, where the researcher conducted interviews with experts in this field and practitioners who have achieved distinction in this line of work, and was directly involved in the activities related to this research area, as well as seeking fundamental elements that differentiate aspects of labor (general workers and professional workers). An effective monitoring system and appropriate evaluation are highly necessary to maintain organizational performance and achieve program goals.
