Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Office of Agriculture in Mappi Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with an associative design, involving 73 employees as respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire measuring the variables of leadership style, work motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The analysis results indicate that leadership style significantly affects employee performance, with a t-value of 2.211 and a significance level of 0.001. Work motivation also shows a significant influence with a t-value of 2.880 and a significance level of 0.004. However, job satisfaction does not demonstrate a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 0.404 and a significance level of 0.060. The coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that 48.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these three independent variables. This study concludes that enhancing leadership style and work motivation can improve employee performance, while job satisfaction needs to be increased to contribute more significantly to performance. Recommendations are provided for management to improve communication and attention to employee welfare to enhance overall organizational performance.
