Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and competence on job satisfaction in improving the performance of employees of the Inspectorate of the Province of West Papua. So. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data were obtained through questionnaires filled out by 68 respondents. The results of the study showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, competence had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership, motivation and competence had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
