IMPLEMENTASI PENGELOLAAN KINERJA GURU PADA PLATFORM MERDEKA MENGAJAR (PMM) DI SMK AMALIAH 2 BOGOR
Abstract
This study aims to describe how the implementation of teacher performance management through the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) at SMK Amaliah 2 Bogor. The research methodology used a descriptive qualitative method with the research subjects being teachers, the school principal, and school supervisors at SMK Amaliah 2 Bogor. Data collection utilized interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using inductive techniques, starting with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that teacher performance management through PMM is being implemented in accordance with the established stages and has a positive impact on enhancing teachers' professional competencies at SMK Amaliah 2 Bogor, provided it is consistently implemented. Starting from performance planning, implementation of performance practices, as well as performance evaluation and performance behavior. This study contributes to the development of strategies for teacher performance management through digital platforms, as well as strengthening empirical evidence that technology can enhance teachers' professional competencies.
