PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SUB RAYON 6 SMK KABUPATEN TANGERANG
Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of organisational culture and competency variables on the performance of teachers in Sub Rayon 6 of SMK Tangerang Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. Meanwhile, the population in this study were school teachers in Sub Rayon 6 of Tangerang Regency, totalling 110 people. In addition, the sample size was measured using the Slovin formula with a critical value of 10% so that a research sample of 52 respondents was obtained. Data collection techniques with literature studies and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used were data validity tests, classical assumption test reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, and t-tests (partial). The results of the study are 1) there is a partial influence of competence on teacher performance, sig. t count (2.650) < t table (2.042), and in the two-way test, the 0.05 significant value is 0.013 < 0.05. 2) There is no partial influence of organisational culture on teacher performance, sig. test. The calculated t-value (1.790) < t-table (2.042), and the two-way test with a significance value of 0.05 was 0.084 < 0.05.
