Pos Indonesia Sukabumi Branch. The focus of this research is to examine how the strategy contributes to service optimization and enhances organizational competitiveness amid the evolving dynamics of the logistics industry. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with management and operational partners, direct observation of partnership activities, and analysis of supporting documents. The findings indicate that the operational partnership model significantly improves service coverage, operational efficiency, and customer engagement. Moreover, this partnership scheme plays a role in empowering local entrepreneurs and supporting the development of Micro, Small Medium Enterprise (MSMEs). However, several challenges remain, such as the absence of standardized performance evaluation, lack of training for partners, and misaligned perceptions in the execution of operational tasks. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, documentation, and analysis of village financial reports over the past five years. The findings reveal that village revenue experienced fluctuations, with a significant increase in 2024 reaching IDR 1,551,457,014. However, village expenditure also rose, particularly in 2022, leading to a budget deficit and negative SILPA (remaining budget balance). Expenditure patterns shifted over time: from the dominance of goods and services spending (2020–2021), to unexpected expenditure (2022), and finally to capital expenditure (2023–2024), reflecting adjustments to emergency needs and long-term infrastructure development. Spending efficiency was relatively high, as evidenced by several categories—such as capital expenditure and honoraria—achieving 100% realization against the budget. In terms of governance, the implementation of the Siskeudes application has improved transparency and accountability, though challenges remain in ensuring inclusive information access for all residents. Other obstacles include the dominance of certain actors in Musrenbang decision-making and the lack of inclusive communication forums. In Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), the performance assessment system measures not only technical and administrative aspects but also encompasses moral and spiritual dimensions. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the employee performance assessment system based on Islamic boarding school values at the Alhikmah Integrated Quran Memorization Boarding School in Cirebon. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a descriptive-verification design. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies, with employee samples selected using a purposive sampling technique. Research variables included indicators of the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system (clarity of objectives, relevance of indicators, fairness, and feedback) and the integration of Islamic boarding school values (honesty, discipline, responsibility, and brotherhood). Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis and inferential statistical tests to measure the level of effectiveness and the relationship between variables. The research results show that the performance assessment system at the Alhikmah Integrated Quran Memorization Boarding School in Cirebon has been running well, with a high effectiveness score. The integration of Islamic boarding school values has been shown to strengthen work motivation, improve discipline, and foster a harmonious work environment. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. Furthermore, employee performance also has a positive and significant effect on job promotions. Performance variables were shown to mediate the influence of leadership style, incentives, and service systems on job promotions. These findings reinforce the importance of leadership, incentives, and service systems in improving employee performance, which ultimately can lead to more effective job promotions. PKH is a major government initiative for poverty alleviation, heavily reliant on the Assistants' role in ensuring aid is precisely targeted and effectively utilized. This research uses a qualitative method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The main informants were PKH Assistants and Beneficiary Families (KPM). The research results indicate that the role of PKH assistants has generally been quite effective, particularly in carrying out the functions of facilitation, education, and monitoring of KPM. Success is supported by training and strong interpersonal approaches, but faced obstacles such as limited facilities/logistics and communication constraints with KPMs who have low education levels. The research employs a quantitative approach with an associative design, involving 73 employees as respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire measuring the variables of leadership style, work motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The analysis results indicate that leadership style significantly affects employee performance, with a t-value of 2.211 and a significance level of 0.001. Work motivation also shows a significant influence with a t-value of 2.880 and a significance level of 0.004. However, job satisfaction does not demonstrate a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 0.404 and a significance level of 0.060. The coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that 48.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these three independent variables. This study concludes that enhancing leadership style and work motivation can improve employee performance, while job satisfaction needs to be increased to contribute more significantly to performance. This study used a qualitative-descriptive approach. Participants were selected using purposive sampling. The number of participants was determined based on the principles of informant adequacy and data saturation and was estimated to involve 10-15 key informants consisting of 6-8 graduates, 3 tutors, and 2 administrators. This study used three main data collection techniques: direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. All three were conducted in an integrated manner to obtain rich and complementary data. The results showed that program graduates had varied academic outcomes, with some participants able to continue their education or enter the workforce, despite challenges in mastering the material and social stigma surrounding non-formal diplomas. Furthermore, graduates demonstrated improvements in life skills such as communication, independence, and adaptability relevant to local needs. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the human resource development strategy at Darul Rahman Islamic Boarding School includes improving educator competency through training and workshops, managerial empowerment, and ongoing spiritual development. This strategy has been able to enhance educator professionalism in pedagogical, personality, social, and spiritual aspects. The impact is evident in increased work discipline, creativity in learning, and harmonious relationships between educators and students. Furthermore, the quality of education at the Islamic boarding school has improved, as evidenced by student achievement, learning discipline, and the creation of a religious and conducive educational environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at State Elementary School Cluster 1, Lingkar District, West Lombok Regency. The population in this study were all employees working at State Elementary School Cluster 1, Lingsar District, Lombok Regency, totaling 65 employees consisting of teachers and other educational staff. Meanwhile, the sample taken used a saturated sampling technique involving all 65 employees. The research method used was a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis techniques. The results showed that the work environment had a positive influence on employee performance with statistics = 2.7364 (&gt;1.96) and p-value = 0.0062 (&lt;0.05). Similarly, job satisfaction also has the largest influence on employee performance a with t-statistics of 2.8269 (&gt;1.96) and p-value 0f 0.0047 (&lt;0.05). </em><em>Job satisfaction has the largest influence, indicating that employees who are satisfied with their jobs tend to perform better. This study is a quantitative study with a survey approach. The population and sample in this study were 59 employees at SMP Negeri 1 Dramaga, Bogor Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study include in-depth interviews, observation, and literature studies. Furthermore, data analysis used in this study includes descriptive analysis, data validation tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, and partial significance tests (t-tests), as well as determination coefficient tests. The results of the study indicate that 1) Leadership style does not have a significant influence on employee performance. 2) The work environment does not have a significant influence on employee performance. 3) Work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, leadership style, work environment, and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This research method is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study were 104 employees at the Tangerang City Transportation Agency, while the number of samples used was 42 employees (40% of the population). The results of the study 1) there is a partial significant effect of training on employee work productivity, sig. t count (2.314) &gt; t table (1.684), and for a strong and positive correlation value of 0.630. 2) there is no partial significant effect of work experience on employee work productivity, sig. t count (1.556) &lt; t table (1.684), and for a moderate and positive correlation value of 0.571. 3) there is no partial significant effect of compensation on employee work productivity, sig. t count (1.708) &gt; t table (1.684), and the value for moderate and positive correlation is 0.529. 4) there is a significant simultaneous influence of training, work experience and compensation on employee work productivity, sig. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique as the main method. Meanwhile, the population in this study was all staff working at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Bima Regency, totaling 60 people. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique involving all 60 employees. Data collection techniques were by distributing questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Before entering the main analysis stage, the instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests. Furthermore, a significance test in the form of a t-test was used to determine the effect of independent variables separately on the dependent variable. The results of the study 1) the quality of human resources has a significant influence on performance (sig. 0.001 &lt;0.05) with a calculated t value of 3.472&gt; t table 1.985. Improving the quality of human resources has an influence on performance which in turn strengthens the effectiveness in planning and implementing regional development programs. 2) Organizational culture has a significant effect on performance (sig. 0.012 &lt; 0.05) with a calculated t-value of 2.583 &gt; t-table 1.985. The research method used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Informant sources in this study consisted of primary informants, key informants, and additional informants totaling 4 people. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Furthermore, data analysis techniques consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of PABN has a positive contribution in shaping the character of ASN who have noble morals, integrity, and have spiritual awareness in carrying out their duties. Furthermore, the factors supporting the success of this program include internal factors (personal commitment and integrity, competence and professionalism, and ethical and moral awareness) and external factors (consistent implementation of values-based civil servant development, exemplary leadership, a reward and punishment system, and supportive religious facilities). Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors include internal factors (low individual commitment and integrity, low civil servant competence, and a negative work culture) and external factors (weak leadership, an indecisive reward and punishment system, political intervention and nepotism, and limited facilities and infrastructure). Differentiation of sales strategies is not necessarily in line with the perceptions, preferences, and actual needs of the public as consumers, resulting in a gap between policy ideals and institutional norms and the empirical reality on the ground. This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing a multi-product sales differentiation strategy on assessing consumer behavior at the Manuntung Sukses Regional Public Company in Balikpapan City. The research approach used is qualitative with a case study method, involving in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies with ten key informants from various business units. The results show that the differentiation strategy succeeded in effectively mapping market segments, but raised issues with the integration of the parent brand identity. Many consumers are unaware of the interconnectedness between business units, so customer loyalty and trust are more focused on specific product lines, rather than the company as a whole. In addition, differences in service standards, communication, and pricing between units create confusion and inconsistent perceptions among consumers. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that training has no effect on service quality. Furthermore, training also has no effect on career development. Meanwhile, career development has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Meanwhile, training has a positive and significant effect on service quality through career development. This study contributes to human resource management theory and has practical implications for companies to improve service quality and employee career development. This study aims to analyze the relationship between community expectations and awareness and community participation in basic infrastructure development in Loa Bakung Village, Samarinda City. This quantitative study employed a correlational survey method. The population comprised 500 adult households, with a sample of 100 households selected using proportional random sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The instrument was validated using item analysis, while its reliability was determined using a variance calculation formula. Data analysis employed statistical techniques such as correlation and simple regression, as well as correlation and multiple regression. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between community expectations and community awareness regarding participation in basic infrastructure development. The data analysis technique used was data validity test, data reliability, simple regression, and multiple regression, simple correlation and multiple correlation, and t test (partial). The validity and reliability tests on the instruments used in the study are important and very crucial steps because they affect the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the instruments used in collecting data. This research method uses a quantitative associative explanatory method. This study uses two data consisting of secondary data and primary data. Secondary data comes from the realization of hotel taxes and original regional income of Tangerang City for the period 2019-2023, while primary data is obtained from distributing questionnaires to 44 research samples. Meanwhile, before the analysis to test the research hypothesis, the primary data is first converted into time series data for the period 2019-2023 using moving average analysis, so that the data can be analyzed using secondary data regression. The results obtained information that there is a positive and significant influence of hotel tax revenue contribution to original regional income. Furthermore, there is a positive influence (coefficient 0.306, t-count 1.627) but not significant (sig. 0.245 &gt; 0.05) contribution of hotel tax revenue moderated by employee incentives to original regional income in Tangerang City.
