Achievement motivation, which is currently being faced, namely employee work productivity still needs to be improved. This study uses an associative problem formulation that is used as the object of research is the Tangerang City Social Service employee with a total of 90 employees. The sampling technique applied census/saturated, so that the entire population of 90 people became respondents. inferential statistics using multiple linear regression model. The results of the study: (1) work discipline with employee work productivity; positive correlation 0.601 and has a strong correlation level of determination coefficient value 36.1% changes in employee productivity can be explained by work discipline, simple regression calculation is = 10.265 + 0.618. (X1), it is estimated that if work discipline is further improved, employee productivity will increase even more. (2) the relationship between achievement motivation and employee productivity: the correlation value is 0.671 and has a strong relationship, the coefficient of determination is 45.0%, simple regression = 8.082 + 0.980. (X2), it is estimated that if the achievement motivation is increased, the work productivity of employees will increase further; (3) achievement motivation with employee work productivity: positive multiple correlation 0.762 and has a strong relationship level, coefficient of determination 58.1% change in employee productivity can be explained by work discipline and achievement motivation, F test count 60.258, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted the results are significant multiple regression that is = 4.332 + 0.407. (X1) + 0.748 . (X2), it is estimated that if work discipline and achievement motivation are improved, the employee's work productivity will increase.
