The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational commitment, achievement motivation, and leadership style with teacher professionalism at SD Negeri Gugus II, Mauk District, Tangerang Regency. The problem faced is the professionalism of teachers at public elementary schools still needs to be improved. Research Methods Quantitative Approach The population that is used as the object of research is all teachers at SD Negeri Cluster II. The object of research, amounting to 82 people. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed with statistics and hypothesis testing. The conclusion of the research shows that organizational commitment is related to teacher professionalism, achievement motivation is related to teacher professionalism, and leadership style is related to teacher professionalism. Organizational commitment, achievement motivation, and leadership style are related to teacher professionalism.
