This study aims to determine the relationship of leadership with employee work motivation. Knowing the relationship between organizational culture and employee work motivation. Knowing the relationship of leadership and organizational culture together with employee work motivation. The sample size was 48 employees at UPTD-PPD Cikande Serang Banten. Taken proportionally from a population of 95 employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing a Likert scale questionnaire. This research was conducted from February to July 2020. Data analysis was performed by survey method with quantitative approaches to regression and correlation techniques. The results showed: (1) There was a significant positive relationship of leadership with employee work motivation of 0.397 with a contribution of 15.7%., Confirmed by the t test = 2.929> 2.021. and Sig = 0.005 <0.05. (2) There is a significant positive relationship between organizational culture and employee work motivation of 0.545 with a contribution rate of 22.6%, corroborated by t test = 5.525> 2.021 and Sig = 0.001 <0.05 (3) There is a significant positive relationship between leadership and organizational culture together by 0.545 with a contribution of 29.7%, strengthened by the F test = 9.511> 3.09 and Sig = 0.000 <0.05. Based on data from the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that leadership and organizational culture both individually and together have a significant positive relationship, and make a large contribution to the work motivation of employees at UPTD-PPD Cikande Serang Banten.
