Abstract

The Relationship between Achievement Motivation and Organizational Climate with Employee Work Discipline at the Environmental Office of Tangerang City. The research objective is to obtain                         (1). Relationship between achievement motivation (2) and organizational climate (3). Employee work discipline. The method used correlational, the study population of all employees amounted to 172 people. Proportionate random sampling with the Slovin formula. The error rate of 0.05% obtained a sample of 120.28 = 121 respondents. The instrument used a questionnaire and was validated by item analysis, the reliability of the instrument was measured by the variance formula. Data analysis with statistical correlation and simple regression and multiple regression. Hypothesis testing at a significant level of 0.05. Conclusion: (1) There is a significant relationship between achievement motivation and work discipline with the correlation coefficient ry.1 = 0.538> r table (r table = 0.176 at α = 0.05 and r table = 0.256 at          Î± = 0.01). (2). Significant relationship between work climate and work discipline, the correlation coefficient ry.2 = 0.492> r table        (r table = 0.176 at α = 0.05 and r table = 0.230 at α = 0.01) (3). The significant relationship between achievement motivation and work climate together with employee work discipline. Correlation coefficient ry.1.2 = 0.621> r table (r table = 0.195 at α = 0.05 and r table = 0.256 at α = 0.01).
