The aim is to find out the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Demak Line. Methods using quantitative are: (1). Population or sample (2). Collection (3). Research instrument. Analyzing statistical test data and hypothesis testing. Conclusion (1) The influence of organizational culture with correlation = 0.761 coefficient of determination = 57.9% remaining = 42.9% other reasons, t-test (8.691) > t-table (1.673), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Simple regression Yˆ = 8.920 + 0.861 . (1). If the organizational culture is increased by 1 unit, then job satisfaction increases by 0.861; (2). The influence of the work environment = 0.622 has a strong relationship, the coefficient of determination = 38.7 and the remaining 61.3% is due to other reasons, the t-test is 5.897 > t-table 1.673, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Simple regression Yˆ = 13,875 + 0.688 . If the work environment is increased by 1 unit, then job satisfaction increases = 0.688; (3). The influence of organizational culture and work environment = 0.784 has a very strong relationship, the coefficient of determination is = 61.5 and the rest = 38.5% due to other reasons, F-test = 43.168 > from F-table (1.90), organizational culture and work environment simultaneously affects job satisfaction, with multiple regression Yˆ = 5.518 + 0.689 . (1) + 0.270 . (1) If the organizational culture and work environment are increased by 1 unit, then job satisfaction will increase simultaneously.
