Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of career development, organizational culture and training on the performance of Tangerang District Health Office employees. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. Random sampling was chosen as a sampling technique involving 75 respondents using a questionnaire for data collection techniques. For technical data analysis, validity test, reliability test, correlation test, regression test, coefficient of determination t test and F test are used. The findings show that the performance of employees at the Tangerang District Health Office is partially positively and significantly influenced by career development, organizational culture. , and training, then the performance of Tangerang District Health Office employees are simultaneously positively and significantly influenced by career development, organizational culture, and training. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination shows that 42.4% of employee performance variables are explained by career development variables, organizational culture and training, 57.6% is explained by variables outside the research variables.
