Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence child perpetrators to commit criminal acts of sexual immorality, to determine and analyze the sanctions for criminal responsibility for perpetrators of criminal acts of sexual immorality committed by children who fulfill the third deterrent effect element. The research method used is a normative juridical method which is descriptive in nature. The research conclusion shows that the factors that influence children to commit sexual abuse are due to a shift in moral values ​​and customs, poor social environmental conditions, and the absence of a stable social control mechanism.
