Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal aspects of salesforce non-compliance with corporate regulations, its impact on company losses, and the legal measures available to enforce employee discipline. The research uses a normative and empirical juridical approach with a descriptive-analytical method. Data were collected through document studies, interviews, and field observations at PT. XYZ. The findings show that salesforce non-compliance includes ethical breaches, misuse of authority in transactions, delayed deposit of sales revenue, and actions beyond work orders, leading to material and reputational losses. Legally, such behavior constitutes breach of contract (wanprestasi) and serious disciplinary violations under labor law and the Civil Code. Consistent enforcement of administrative and civil sanctions effectively reduces violations. Therefore, companies must strengthen supervision, moral training, and consistent legal enforcement to ensure legal certainty and justice in employment relations.
