ANALISIS YURIDIS TERHADAP TINDAK PIDANA PENCEMARAN LINGKUNGAN HIDUP YANG DILAKUKAN OLEH PT. (TJ.S)

Abstrak

Management of B3 waste without a permit is a business activity for managing hazardous and toxic waste without a business license. This act violates the provisions of the laws in force in Indonesia, as the author encountered in Decision Case Number 917/Pid.B/LH/2020/PN BDG. The purpose of this research is to answer all the problems in this research. as for the method used is library research with descriptive analysis, so that primary data and secondary data are analyzed qualitatively in order to obtain answers that can be scientifically justified. The conclusion is that the impact of liquid waste disposal from the defendant's textile factory has a negative impact on the environment, polluting the river, affecting the river ecosystem and causing unpleasant odors, causing disturbing feelings for people in the river area and uncomfortable.
