This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing traffic laws on minors who use motorized vehicles and law enforcement efforts in implementing them in Cisoka District. The research method used is Empirical Juridical Law, with the theory of legal effectiveness as the basis for analysis. Research findings show that the effectiveness of traffic laws in Cisoka District is still less effective. This is caused by several factors, such as inadequate infrastructure, schools that are not accessible by public transportation, and permission from parents for children to take vehicles to school. In implementing Law Number 22 of 2009, police officers carry out two types of actions: first, preventive efforts in the form of socialization and education about traffic order in schools to increase understanding of good and correct traffic methods; second, repressive efforts to take action against violators in accordance with legal provisions and improve their awareness of the violations committed.
