Implementation of the job creation law to increase foreign investment and domestic investment

Abstract

The copyright law is one of Indonesia's most urgent legislation established by governments with a very short deadline and prompt discussion within it compared with other legislation. In the creation of the copyright law of this work, it may be said that community participation in its composition is less than maximum, leading to a reluctance from various societies. The many questions of society, students and the civitas academy, asking whether copyright works really want to improve legislation that we know of as investment, buildings and buildings, and restore order are already being set up in the act then why should it be re-established in the copyright laws of the work. This type of study is the normative empirical law, it is a legal study that assesses factual application or positive law norms on every legal fact that occurs in society.
