Abstract

Abstract

The micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the economy in Indonesia.
MSMEs play an important role in regional economic development , effort to increase income per capita in
the regions and of fair income distribution. The fundamental problems for MSMEs productivity is limited,
due to the low especially in the quality of human resources management, organization, technology
mastery, marketing, and poor competence entrepreneurship. Training to the MSMEs necessary as a
means of increasing capacity for MSMEs players particularly in facing increasing competition, especially
in the digital marketing optimization covid-19 pandemic . These activities are done by exposure to matter,
make the discussion, photography and video, share experiences, and QnA. The purpose of the devotion is
to make the community would increase their ability to use to promote communication media.
