Abstract

The village of Gardu Tanjak is located in Pandeglang Village, Pandeglang District, Pandeglang Regency,
Banten Province. This Tanjak Gardu Village is one of the areas where Trigona honey is cultivated.
Cultivation of Clanceng/Teuweul honey, honey from teuwel bees or stingless bees can be bred in the area.
The type of bee that is cultivated is the Apis Trigona species with the Trigona Leaviceps species. Beekeeping
produces honey, bee pollen, and propolis, which are very beneficial for health. Economic growth in
Indonesia is also influenced by education which will produce more professional qualities of Human
Resources (HR) both for the industrial sector, and from there it will have an impact and influence. The case
described in the illustration provides evidence that when the laws and regulations are inconsistent and
overlapping, it is a business (port) but requires support from various parties, especially in the legal field.

Abstract
Education is a benchmark in increasing the community development index, therefore it is very important to
develop an understanding of education for the community which is very influential on the quality of the
living environment, the intended target in this service, the less fortunate people who have a poor
understanding of education. The purpose of the service is that the Anca Well village community has human
resources so that they can experience development from various aspects. The method used for education
awareness is the extension method, the expected result of this service activity is an increase in the
understanding of the less fortunate about the importance of education for the surrounding community.

Abstract

The micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the economy in Indonesia.
MSMEs play an important role in regional economic development , effort to increase income per capita in
the regions and of fair income distribution. The fundamental problems for MSMEs productivity is limited,
due to the low especially in the quality of human resources management, organization, technology
mastery, marketing, and poor competence entrepreneurship. Training to the MSMEs necessary as a
means of increasing capacity for MSMEs players particularly in facing increasing competition, especially
in the digital marketing optimization covid-19 pandemic . These activities are done by exposure to matter,
make the discussion, photography and video, share experiences, and QnA. The purpose of the devotion is
to make the community would increase their ability to use to promote communication media.

Abstract
The purpose of community service carried out in Kampung Tematik Tempe, Koang Jaya Village, is to encourage small
and medium business actors to increase productivity and to diversify tempe products into tempe chocolate processing.
The benefits of community service in Kampung Tematik Tempe, Koang Jaya Village, are to increase sales of tempe
products through various flavors of tempe chocolate with nice and clean packaging. The implementation method is
carried out by socializing and training in making tempe chocolate. From the implementation of community service
activities in the Kampung Tematik Tempe, Koang Jaya Village, Tangerang City,Indonesian it can be concluded that
community service activities have gone through a series of activities,
starting from preparation, planning, implementation of activities and training in making tempe chocolate.

Abstract

Economic growth in Indonesia is directly influenced bythe extent to which the quality of education is
obtained. Economic growth will increase if it is supported by adequate education so as to produce quality
human resources.law has a very large role in a country in economic development. Law as one of the driving
factors for economic growth to achieve the expected level of performance. With the right and appropriate
rules so that there is no overlap between one law and another. The purpose of this activity is to make the
community better understand the development and to know about Trigona honey in order to improve the
quality of education, law and the economy. Trigona honey development services activities carried out in
Kp. Soreah, Pandeglang Village, Serang, Banten with the target of gentlemen who are active in the
community to provide information to the people in the area. This service activity collects data by conducting
interviews and direct observations. The implications of this activity are expected to increase public
understanding and skills in the development of trigona honey.
