Pengembangan Wearable Heart Rate Monitoring System Berbasis IoT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pemantauan detak jantung berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang diterapkan pada olahraga balap sepeda, memungkinkan pemantauan kondisi atlet secara real-time tanpa ketergantungan pada perangkat tambahan yang mahal. Teknologi yang digunakan meliputi sensor detak jantung Coospo HW 706 yang terhubung melalui Bluetooth dengan perangkat keras LilyGO T-Call serta protokol komunikasi MQTT yang mengirimkan data ke server untuk ditampilkan melalui platform Node-RED. Sistem ini dirancang sebagai solusi yang lebih hemat biaya dan akurat dibandingkan perangkat pemantauan konvensional. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat akurasi tinggi dalam mendeteksi detak jantung dan stabilitas koneksi Bluetooth yang memadai, menjadikannya solusi yang andal untuk pemantauan kesehatan atlet selama latihan dan perlombaan. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat mendukung optimasi pelatihan atlet dengan memberikan data kebugaran yang real-time dan mudah diakses.
