PENGARUH EFEKTIVITAS E-KATALOG, INFORMASI LELANG DAN PENETAPAN HARGA TERHADAP PELAYANAN PENGADAAN KONTRUKSI DI KOTA TANGERANG

Abstract

The background of this study concerns a public administration issue regarding the effectiveness of the e-catalogue, tender information, pricing, and construction procurement services in Tangerang City. Consequently, the research problem is formulated to determine the influence of e-catalogue effectiveness, tender information, and pricing on construction procurement services in Tangerang City. This study tests theories related to the research variables using a quantitative research method. Data were collected from construction service providers in Tangerang City using a saturated sampling technique. The collected data were analysed using quantitative techniques—specifically hypothesis testing via statistical analysis—with the aid of IBM SPSS 26 software. Hypothesis testing was conducted using regression analysis and the coefficient of determination to address the formulated problem and verify the research hypotheses. The analysis results indicate that there is no significant influence of e-catalogue effectiveness on construction procurement services in Tangerang City. However, the results show a significant influence of tender information and pricing on construction procurement services in Tangerang City. Furthermore, there is a significant combined influence of e-catalogue effectiveness, tender information, and pricing on construction procurement services in Tangerang City. Although the variables of e-catalogue effectiveness, tender information, and pricing statistically demonstrate a significant influence on construction procurement services, successful implementation in practice remains dependent on technical readiness, adaptive regulations, and adequate outreach to construction business stakeholders.
