Peer Review

This journal operates a peer review process and promotes blind reviewing. Acceptance 
or rejection of articles will be decided by the editorial board based on the results 
of the review provided by the reviewers.

There is no communication between the authors and the editor regarding rejection decisions.

Authors whose papers are rejected will be notified of the reasons for the rejection.
