Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training and motivation on employee productivity of Airnav Indonesia Jakarta Air Traffic Services Center Branch through work culture as a mediating variable. The data in the study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire, the sampling technique using the formula from Slovin was obtained as many as 113 employees. Data analysis techniques in this study include validity and reliability tests, statistical tests (coefficient of determination (R2), individual parameter significance tests (t test), simultaneous significance tests (f test) and path analysis (path analyst) using SPSS software. version 25. The results of this study indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, training has a positive and significant effect on work culture, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work culture and work culture has a positive effect and significant to employee productivity (effective contribution determination index) to employee productivity is training by 37.8%, work motivation by 20.9%, and work culture by 24.3%. The index of determination of the exogenous variables simultaneously affects the endogenous variables by 83% and the remaining (2) 2 = 17% is the contribution of other variables outside this study.
