PENGARUH MANAJEMEN PENGETAHUAN DAN KOMUNIKASI KORPORASI TERHADAP OPTIMASI KINERJA LAYANAN NAVIGASI PADA AIRNAV INDONESIA
Abstract
This study aims to empirically analyze and test the influence of Knowledge Management (KM) and Corporate Communication (CC) on the Optimization of Navigation Service Performance (NSP) at AirNav Indonesia. Efficiency and safety in navigation services are critical factors highly dependent on the quality of internal knowledge and information coordination. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to a sample of AirNav Indonesia employees. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to test the causality among variables. The PLS-SEM analysis results indicate that both the measurement and structural models met the validity and reliability criteria. Partially, both research hypotheses were accepted: (1) Knowledge Management has a positive and significant influence on the Optimization of Navigation Service Performance. (2) Corporate Communication also has a positive and significant influence on the Optimization of Navigation Service Performance. It is found that to achieve optimal navigation service performance, AirNav Indonesia must prioritize investment in technical knowledge sharing and retention systems (KM) to minimize human error, and establish an integrated corporate communication strategy (CC) to ensure the alignment of operational procedures and safety.
