Abstract

This study analyses the effectiveness of the teacher performance development programme at Madrasah Aliyah Mu'allimin NW Anjani, which integrates Salafi and modern systems. The primary focus is addressing challenges related to information technology competency, work motivation, and limited opportunities for teacher professional development. The method used was descriptive qualitative, with a case study approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis employed thematic techniques with triangulation to ensure validity. The results indicate that the madrasah has a strong vision for human resource development based on religious values and noble morals, supported by pedagogical training programmes, skills workshops, character development, and systematic performance evaluation. The implementation of this programme has had a positive impact on teaching innovation, discipline, and student learning outcomes, as well as increasing teacher self-confidence and professionalism. Teachers expect training that is more relevant to their fields of study and broader access to external training. The study emphasizes the importance of a multifaceted approach to human resource development that aligns the strengthening of spiritual values, improving technical competencies, and adapting strategies to address challenges.
