Abstract

This study aims to apply the relationship between leadership and work culture and work effectiveness, as well as the relationship between leadership through work culture and work effectiveness in the Directorate of Human Capital of PT Angkasa Pura II. Work effectiveness is the final outcome of the organisation, where its quality is influenced by the interaction between leadership practices and collective norms (work culture). This study uses a qualitative approach with an association study design. The population in this study was 153 employees, with a research sample of 60 respondents randomly selected from the employees of the Director of Human Capital of PT. Angkasa Pura II using the Slovin formula. Techniques used in data collection in this study include literature studies, questionnaire distribution, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study uses the path analysis method. The results of this study indicate a relationship between leadership and work culture and work effectiveness, with significant values of 0.000 and 0.000, respectively, and positive consistency values of 0.619 and 0.307. Furthermore, there is a relationship between leadership and work culture and work effectiveness, with a positive relationship between leadership and work culture and work effectiveness, compared to a negative relationship between leadership and work effectiveness.
