PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA & PELATIHAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR SATUAN POLISI PAMONG PRAJA KABUPATEN BONE
Abstract
This study aims to analyze and test the partial effect of work motivation (X1) and job training (X2) on employee productivity (Y) at the Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) Office in Bone Regency. Employee productivity is an indicator of an organization's success in enforcing Regional Regulations, which is largely determined by the quality of its human resources. The main question raised is the extent to which psychological factors and individual skill development can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Satpol PP employees' work. The research method used was a quantitative descriptive approach with an explanatory survey approach. The sample consisted of all employees working at the Satpol PP Office in Bone Regency. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. This analysis technique was used to determine the partial contribution of the independent variables to the dependent variable. The results showed that work motivation (0.167) and job training (0.100) each had a positive and significant effect on work productivity. This finding implies that efforts to increase work productivity at the Satpol PP in Bone Regency must be achieved through a strategic combination of improving the work climate (encouraging motivation) and human resource development programs (training).
