Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Nusindoprima Indah. The background of this study is based on the importance of human resources as a company's primary asset in achieving organizational goals. Effective leadership, high motivation, and good work discipline are believed to play a crucial role in improving employee performance. The method used in this study was a quantitative survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to a number of employees and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership, motivation, and work discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, all three variables also showed a significant positive effect, with work discipline providing the most dominant contribution. These findings indicate that improvements in leadership style, efforts to motivate employees, and enforcement of work discipline can have a direct impact on employee productivity and performance at PT. Nusindoprima Indah.
