PENGARUH PENGAWASAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI PADA SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA NEGERI 29 TANGERANG
Abstract
Work effectiveness is essential to achieve the school's goals. With this effectiveness, employees will strive to overcome and solve problems encountered in carrying out their duties and work. This study was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of supervision and work discipline on employee work effectiveness at Tangerang State Junior High School 29, both partially and simultaneously. This study used a descriptive and associative quantitative approach. The population in this study was 55 people. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with saturated sampling so that the sample studied amounted to 55 people. Furthermore, observation and questionnaire distribution were carried out to collect research data. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test). The results showed that supervision had a significant effect on employee work effectiveness (8.122 > 2.228). Likewise, work discipline partially affected work effectiveness (7.916 > 2.228). Based on the results of the f-test, supervision and work discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on employee work effectiveness (14.519 > 3.71) with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). It is important to improve supervision by school leaders and maintain it optimally so that employees can perform better in accordance with the school's vision and mission.
