PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KOMPETENSI KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING DI PT.GARUDA METALINDO Tbk PLANT TANGERANG
Abstract
This study aims to fill the gap in the literature regarding performance measurement, which is often limited to quantitative indicators. Therefore, this study is expected to make a significant contribution to the field of human resource management and organizational behavior in the manufacturing sector at PT. Garuda Metalindo Tbk. The research method used was a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. Data were obtained through a questionnaire completed by 100 respondents. The results indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee work competence. Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee work competence. Work competence has a positive influence on employee performance. Work motivation, work discipline, and work competence have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
