PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KOMPETENSI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA KESEHATAN DI INSTALASI FARMASI RS EMC TANGERANG
Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of work motivation, work discipline, and work competence on healthcare worker performance in the Pharmacy Installation Unit at EMC Tangerang Hospital. The inconsistent achievement of the quality target for compound medication waiting time (≤ 30 minutes) served as the primary background for this research. A quantitative correlational approach with a survey method was employed. The study population comprised all 40 healthcare workers in the unit (21 Pharmacists, 16 Assistant Pharmacists, and 3 Administrative Staff), and a saturated sampling (census) technique was applied (N = 40). Data were gathered using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire, which had been validated and tested for reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS 25. The results revealed that: (1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance (B = 0.411; t_calculated = 5.421 > t_table = 2.028; p = 0.000 < 0.05); (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance (B = 0.222; t_calculated = 2.341 > t_table = 2.028; p = 0.025 < 0.05); (3) Work competence has a positive and significant effect on performance (B = 0.382; t_calculated = 2.908 > t_table = 2.028; p = 0.006 < 0.05); and (4) Simultaneously, work motivation, work discipline, and work competence significantly influence healthcare worker performance with F_calculated = 52.000 > F_table = 2.866 (p = 0.000 < 0.05) and an Adjusted R^2 of 0.797 (79.7%). Synergy among intrinsic motivation, SOP compliance, and technical competence enhancement is crucial for optimizing pharmacy service quality.
