ANALISIS PENERAPAN PENILAIAN KINERJA GURU DI SD ISLAM TERPADU FITRAH INSANI KEDAMAIAN BANDAR LAMPUNG
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the implementation of teacher performance assessment at SD Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Fitrah Insani Kedamaian Bandar Lampung, identify the challenges encountered, and evaluate its impact on learning quality. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, gathering data through in-depth interviews, observational participation, and documentary analysis involving 10 key informants, including the Principal, Vice Principals, and Classroom Teachers. The findings reveal that teacher performance assessment is implemented systematically in accordance with Permenneg PAN & RB No. 16 of 2009 and Permendiknas No. 35 of 2010, integrated with Integrated Islamic School standards. The assessment covers three main dimensions: (1) Professional Competence, encompassing lesson planning, active learning execution, and learning assessment; (2) Professional Commitment and Responsibility, reflected in discipline and administrative compliance; and (3) Personality and Social-Religious Character, incorporating Islamic values. Main challenges identified include limited observation time due to heavy teaching loads, varying comprehension of evaluation instruments, and digital technology constraints. Overall, performance assessment at SDIT Fitrah Insani effectively serves as a managerial and pedagogical tool in driving continuous professional development and educational quality.
