PENGARUH REKRUTMEN, SELEKSI DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP PENGUKURAN KINERJA KARYAWAN BERIMPLIKASI PADA KOMITMEN ORGANISASI (STUDI KASUS DI AL-FITROH KOTA TANGERANG)
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of recruitment, selection, and career development on employee performance measurement and its implications for organizational commitment at Al-Fitroh School Tangerang City. Utilizing a causal quantitative approach, data were collected via a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire administered to the entire population of 47 employees using a saturated sampling (census) technique (N = 47). Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26, encompassing classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial t-tests, simultaneous F-tests, and coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) evaluation. Model 1 results revealed that recruitment partially had a negative and significant effect on employee performance (B = -0.486; t = -2.324; p = 0.025 < 0.05). Conversely, selection exerted a positive and significant effect on employee performance (B = 0.683; t = 3.664; p = 0.001 < 0.05), and career development positively and significantly influenced employee performance (B = 0.538; t = 2.963; p = 0.005 < 0.05). Simultaneously, recruitment, selection, and career development significantly affected employee performance (F = 31.201; p = 0.000) with an Adjusted R2 of 0.663 (66.3%). In Model 2, employee performance measurement was proven to have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment (B = 0.442; t = 2.978; p = 0.005 < 0.05; F = 8.866), contributing 14.6% to the variance. These findings emphasize the necessity of modernizing digital recruitment channels and standardizing selection evaluations to optimize employee performance and organizational loyalty.
