Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of the Bina Pribadi Islam (BPI) programme, Mukhoyyam Qur’an, and Qur'an-based HR management in developing the 9 multiple intelligences of employees at Asy-Syukriyyah Islamic School Tangerang. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological paradigm was employed. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews with school leaders, BPI department heads, instructors, and staff, along with participant observation and document analysis. The findings reveal that: (1) The BPI programme significantly enhances employees' intrapersonal, interpersonal, and existential intelligences through daily worship routines, Islamic studies, and self-reflection (muhasabah), with a key recommendation that the BPI head focus on monitoring and evaluation rather than direct mentoring; (2) Mukhoyyam Qur’an effectively sharpens linguistic, existential, and intrapersonal intelligences, suggesting extended program duration for non-Qur’an teachers and standardised tajweed evaluations; (3) Qur'an-based HR Management embeds Islamic values such as amanah (competence and integrity) and ihsan into recruitment and daily operations; and (4) the synergy of all three programmes holistically fosters 9 multiple intelligences (linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial, bodily-kinaesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, naturalist, and existential).
