Abstract

These issues include consumer protection to ensure that consumer rights are respected and protected, especially when purchasing goods or services, including online tickets for purchase and returns. This research is a normative juridical research that is descriptive and analytical Data. sources include primary and secondary data that are analyzed qualitatively. The findings of the facts show that in some cases the implementation of consumer protection has not been properly implemented. The conclusion of this study is that there are many cases that harm consumers but do not get their rights, and the government and law enforcement have not been optimal in dealing with this problem.
