ANALISIS YURIDIS TERHADAP TINDAK PIDANA NARKOTIKA YANG DILAKUKAN OLEH PENEGAK HUKUM

Abstract

Narkoba is an abbreviation of narcotics, namely dangerous drugs or substances. In 2023 there will be cases of narcotics abuse committed by law enforcement officers. In this research, the researcher examined the case of Teddy Minahasa, who was a police officer with the rank of General who committed narcotics abuse. In his trial the Public Prosecutor demanded the death penalty against the defendant, but in his consideration the judge decided the case by sentencing the defendant to life imprisonment. The research carried out in this research is normative juridical which is based on the theory of justice and punishment theory.
