Manual parking systems still face various problems, such as illegal fee collection, unauthorized parking, disorganized vehicle placement, and difficulties in data recording and reporting. These issues also occur in the parking system at Sekolah Islam Permata Insani. This study aims to develop a QR Code–based parking system using a software engineering approach to improve parking management efficiency and the accuracy of vehicle data recording. The system is developed through the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. System evaluation is conducted using the white-box testing method by analyzing flowgraphs and cyclomatic complexity for each main module. The test results indicate that the cyclomatic complexity values fall within the low to moderate range and that all independent paths can be executed successfully without logical errors. Therefore, the developed QR Code–based parking system is able to support a more organized, efficient, and integrated parking management process and is feasible for implementation in a school environment.
