This is the first issue of second volume, Primacy Journal of English Education and Literacy brought the theme “Developing our Generations' Language Skills through English and ICT†This theme was written in 6 articles from all around Indonesia, including: Universitas Bengkulu, Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara, Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI Surakarta), Universitas Muhammadiyah Jambi, and Universitas Islam Negeri Antasari, Banjarmasin. The authors have collaborated to be able to develop today's generations through the use of English language and ICT. Hopefully this article can contribute to enhancing the development of Science and Technology.
